Bug
- Membership cancellations not reaching Worldpay
- We discovered a bug with our 9.0 release where memberships that were canceled or downgraded and were due a refund, the refund did not actually get processed by Vantiv/Worldpay. In the case of the few orders that were affected, the ACME finance team has manually refunded the charges for the impacted orders and fixed the issue so this will no longer occur.
